LINC exercises allow professional colleagues to work together in a unique setting to resolve a conflict outside of the confines of their typical role at work. Participants build trust with one another and tap into their creativity by problem-solving collaboratively. They also walk away with negotiation skills they can apply to their work and personal lives. LINC products and services will be assets to organizational efforts in team building and cross-cultural communication.
